Notice any grammar or spelling mistakes? Feel free to correct me! Thanks
Well there has been reports that ATI is seeing better yields which means now more chips are passing a certain level of Quality. So ATI now is able to increase clock speeds a bit more. But is this only on the 3870's X2 or acrossed the board.

I just wonder if the r600 architecture will be enough for the dual rv770 to combat gt200, as that's where the real battle will be.
While lower prices are nice, unless ati can get working drivers on our way, this revision won't do all that much since all rv670 cards have ovp built in. As I said, I'm more interested to see what the rv770 will offer, as unless g92b is improved, 55nm won't do squat for it but lower the prices
is this the one with gddr4?

thats an xt, it has the same code as the 3870 and tuns at the higher voltage, but the voltage is the distinguishing factor not the memory there are 3850 and 3870 both with ddr3 and ddr4, and i dont see how the pro with its 1.2V will do 866mhz that just wont happen

>1GHz gaming stable on air at 24/7 safe voltages would be nice.
I wonder if that's too much to ask?
You were not supposed to see this.
Funny how the A12 is coming up when the RV770 just entered production

June.
Leaked cards should be appearing soon, very soon.
Not certain of it all, but most of the new posts I've written over NordicHardware can be found around here in the news section.
Basically, it goes something like this:
R600 -> shrink -> R670 -> Expand -> RV770
Don't know much about the true next generation. RV770 should be able to hold up until they have something really interesting coming. I have a hard time believing ATI wants to keep using RV770 to fight GT200 in Q4, but then again it's AMD and Hector which is in control nowadays ...
