With Standard 1.05V BIOS I only could reach 640GPU. With 1.10V 680GPU/1700Shader was max.

But I lowered the voltage now. I don't want to risk killing my card. Now it is around 1.15V which results in 720GPU. Thats enough for me and i think I can let the card work without extra cooling from the back.
