Already cooling the PWMs with a 50mm fan. Before couldn't get 3.6 stable. Does your loaded vcore move beyond 1.39? I expect the idle vcore to change depending on various background jobs but I thought once 100% loaded it should stay constant.

Yep. If you cool the fets (PWMs), it helps. The other thing you can do is the vdroop mod, which I have yet to do.

My vcore sits at 1.44-1.46v idle, and 1.39 load. I ramped it up in the BIOS to account for the droop under load.
