Long story short, my dad got himself a new pc and didn't mind swapping the q6600 i "accidentally found" in it for my pos e4300 (3.2g @ 1.5v).

400x9 1.3v bios set, 1.261 real, 1.264 cpuz (testbed in sig)
hsf = zalman 9500
only had it for about a hour and it's looking goodmore tests will follow
