How are you running this thing? Houses don't come wired for 400v and you'll only see 3phase power in commerical buildings.

You can convert single phase power to 3 phase by making a rotary phase converter out of a 3 phase motor.( You can also boost the power to 460v 3 phase )if needed by use of a transformer. Builing one is simple Depending on HP of load and number of motors run you may also have to add a few capicitors to have a balanced 3 phase load..........
