I think this ez to work with The ASUS P35 w/ DDR 2 is only a small improvement of old technology. They fixed the Vdroop a little and the P35 only has a slight memory improvement. Intel will have a major update Q4 2008.The CPU will have the memory controller inbeaded on the die vs on the chipset.
