bottom line is best buy customer service is close to the worst a major retailer can be. they could care less about the customer. and i don't see why, best buy managers get swapped out weekly, and they don't get crap for selling anything. they are disposable. why do they care if they price match. circuit city will price match ANYTHING. if another store has an open item, that is discontinued, and damaged, and 90% cheaper than the brand new one they have, they'll still price match it. they will do anything to keep the customer coming back. at least the circuit city's near me are like that.
