The V1000 was really tight for water cooling, this was a buddies of mine I did for him.
Had to cut the front to allow the tubing to run to the bottom easier.
My V2000 dwarfs it.
This is my V2000.
Notice both systems can be entirely be pulled out as one. So if there is a problem we don't even have to break the loop, can just remove the blocks and pull the whole setup in a few mins.

Hey, I've just sprayed my case, rad grill and fan guard. tidied up some wires (and managed to toast my fan controller....my ears are bleeding!!!!!!!!)

Pet168,
Mate, you so need a red desktop. The blue on your monitor clashes badly.
Like your schema!
Just built a new machine and thought I'd post it on here. I spent several weeks perfecting it -- sleeving all cabling, cutting fan wires to their precise length, and so on. I'm using it mainly for graphic design, but I also do a little gaming every so often. My goal was a clean, professional looking exterior/interior that did not look like a home made machine. So no fancy LEDs, cathode tubs, or acrylic windows... this machine is all business.

Watercooling the RAID controller? Ambitious.
Somehow, the while led's make your set up not look as bad even with the miles of cables
Good job!

Jor3lBR, i purchased those SATA cables off either Performance PCS or FrozenCPU...
i believe they were these...

Wow, that looks nice! The Maximus and maybe all ROG hav the double stack SATA and even when the clip's removed the $3 SATA's from the egg, plastic starts bulging. So I'm currently using the groovy red attention grabbers. Anyone have recs on some good quality SATA's wo/ clip?
Dreamtem, how is your San Ace staying on your TRUE?
I used zip ties and ran them through 2 holes on the fan. The pointed end of the zip tie is run through the whole and in between the fins on the heatsink, then I take another zip tie and attached it to the pointed end. Then I cut off both ends of the 2 zip ties. I did this on 2 corners of the fan and it holds in place quite nicely, and it almost looks like the fan is floating in place.
IMO it's a much cleaner solution than using the Thermalright wire bracket. Just make sure you use fairly thick/strong zip ties. Also, the sound proofing material I placed underneath it actually touches and supports the heatsink, so the zip ties and motherboard aren't being stressed from the weight.
