    Thanks kayl

LD, are you using Danfoss OUB1 oil separator? You bought it for 181EUR+tax at Empor, right? Well, i just bought one, used, on eBay for 22€ including shipping costs.

I am one lucky son of a gun!
You already mention in another thread that you got OUB1 for 22€, no need to mention that in every thread on the forum!

    Regards

    Ok guys

Nice box for the heat exchanger. Is that an OUB 1 or an OUB 4 oil separator of Danfoss? It looks very big. How thick is the pipe insulation around the suction line? Why have you not used any rotary compressors? Which nozzle have you taken for the expansion valve? Good work as always my friend.
It is OBU1, pipe issulation is 19mm. I have those compressors ate homme that's why i used them. 00 orifice on expansion valve.

Very nice build LD. Hard to see the piping but I imagine those two small condensers are desuperheaters for the 2nd stage?
Yes, this are desuperheaters for secoond stage.

You can use in your next cascade a hand valve for the cold bug. I did this to a cascade i made a few months ago. You can control ~20-30 degrees by this way. Closed during the bench, open when you are idle.
