P5K Premium is supposed to have new PWM with better quality and less heat, to optimize quadcores overclocking. If you buy a new mb, go for the premium, if you have a deluxe, I don't think it is worth the upgrade as the deluxe overclocks very nicely on the forumsOriginally Posted by andressergio
