Found my lowest stable settings:
CPU 201x12 1.225VID/1.248V lowest
IMC 201x9 1.038VID lowest
Power idle: 92W AC
Power load: 181W AC
But you can increase this further. I'm on this now at the same volts=>
Power idle: 94W AC
Power load: 192W AC
Big jump but I'm quiet happy.
