No, you don't want to reuse the pad (the thing that's already there) nor do you want to use AS5 because of it's conductive nature.
I can't speak on the stuff that came with your TRUE 120, but you'll want to get a tube of non-conductive TIM.

//edit, when removing the middle heatsink, there's a white pad around the core, I kept that on, should I remove that as well and use ceramique there too? Or just keep it on the core itself.
