I need to make 4 major cuts: top, bottom, bottom stand (where wheels are) and mobo tray.
Friend of mine did all the hardest work for me

    Top

    Bottom

    Stand

    And tray

Next I did a big work with sanding and smoothing edges. Result was excellent
Then I did 4 brackets for mounting rads, and drill a bunch of holes.

    Bottom radiator is ready

    Sk8board is ready

    Top radiator is ready

    And tray is ready also

Guys, pls check this thread about pumps mounting
