is there a place to see the description ( what they improve/change/add ) of these new bios releaseS? I wan to give 16.09 a try to see if the vcore voltages are more stable....

Ace I did check for the silicone on those things you reccomended and yes there is silicone arround them....I guess I will have to ask a friend when he is bored to swap out power suplys......I really dont feel like rma'ing the motherboard if the psu swap dosnt solve it because god knows how long it will take to get it back from abit and I will probably just end up buying a new mobo......
