The funny thing about that - even on my 12/24 BIOS, HW Monitor (and SmartGuardian) were showing 1.1VTT in Windows, even though checking in BIOS - it definitely was set at the default of 1.2VTT.
I guess the DFI board was 'aware' of the 45nm CPU.
