    PD: i put the latest bios 1226 and i had the same problem with the pci-e X1 and i put back this old one because i cant boot past 440 FSB.

    That may be the problem. That is an old issue that has been fixed by a bios update. I would go with #1219 or 16
    bios 1226 has an OC problem.
