Ive loosen the ram timings according to OCZ reaper PC2-8500 EPP profile.

South Bridge Voltage [1.075v] = 1.104v

Proc Stable as hell on small fft priority 8/9 as long as i dong mess with the FSB termination..
anything above it.. fails in 30 minutes orthos or fail to boot.
anything below it.. Hangs or failt to boot..
Rams Fails in 30secs and sometimes even last to 5 minutes on large fft orthos
any clues??
