Hi there! I've runnign the same ram...333mhz FSB strap only, 1:1, or 4:5 400mhz strap only stable settings for me with this bios and E6600.

Took my ram to 570mhz w/ FSB @ 475, fully stable, 400mhz FSB strap.

Typically, DET DRAM is chipset volts, ram set to high, or divider issue. Play with settings some more.

Did you touch subtimings or left it to auto? Also what kind of vdimm did you use at stock mem and O/Ced?
Also do I need to check any other (non memory related) settings in the bios that can cause my system not to boot after the O/C?

I had post issues even with stock cpu/mem clocks if I didn't use auto/2T with this ram(prolly the 4x1Gb), that's why I'm guessing it's probably a memory related problem.
