What kinda 3DMark score are you getting with the wolfdale?
As for volts no one can say what you need for 4.2GHz as for every setup is different. Get your CPU stable using prime small ffts then keep lowering volts till it craps out then up 1 notch and test. That will be your lowest stable voltage
