If you not received the control to now I wish send me the case without (X3 control) hole.

I waited more than 4 months to now and I not receive any anything from "Mariano". I hope that does not happen to others, as happened with me!

LeChuck said in his post that he has received the controler. LeChuck needs to update his progress on how he is doing with the face plate for your case. I'm sure he has been delayed by the holidays. I remember when you ordered the case. You have had to wait way too long for it.

Hi DXB570,

I bought something from both of them, Mariano and LeChuck.

The Controllers from Mariano took quite a while until they arrived, but everything was as promised, good packed, etc. So just be a little patient, I think its worth it.

The cases from LeChuck are world-class. He provides almost the whole German scene with cases via a German forum. He makes them in his spare time (as I understood) and is very reasonable with pricing. It takes a little time for the cases to arrive as he does not make one case at a time but waits until he can make a run of some dozens.
Please be also a little patient until your case arrives, I watch the German forum regularely and have so far not seen one single unsatisfied customer.

Before this Time I have made an order with Mariano and I received the whole order as we deal and without any problem,but this time I don't know the real reason for this delay also he was un honest with me about the date of the shipping "every time he delayor postponed the order". I care to Mariano ,I don't want to lose his good and distinguished work . I hope that he can be more serious about the customer.

LeChuck - DXB750 does not speak English hardly at all. He has to use a translator to read each post. Can you explain better what is going on?

Am I correct in saying the only thing you were going to do was make a case for DXB750? Am I correct in saying you were waiting on the controller to cut the hole for the face plate. Please explain. Were you suppose to do anything else for DXB750.

It seems that DXB750 is still waiting on an evaporator from Ssilencer (Mariano) Is this correct?

I make only the case and i was waiting for the controller to get the right dimensions for the front panel.
So DXB750 will get only the case and the controller, nothing else.

1- I was paid all the cost for Mariano before "Full paid" ... shipping cost to my country + PayPal fees .

2- about the @itor Evaporator Mariano had to send it to me from Argentina to my country because i paid for it "the cost + shipping also" .

Your evap was sent and I got it back here a pair of days ago, as "wrong address" give me another address, you told me that you have another address in the states (USA) give me that address and I will ship it as soon as possible.
December is not the best month with the holidays in between...

The shipping address is the same address that you used it before in the first order, and their wasn't any problem with it. If you face that problem it would been better that you sent me the tracking number as the first time when I made order, this will helping me to contact with the post office in U.A.E.
Any way.. I will send you my address in U.S.A. and I will wait for you to give me the tracking number.

I had some private problems and couldn't do anything on your case until today.

Today i made the drawings for the front plate and i will give it in production tommorow. I hope it will be ready in the end of next week, so i can send you the case on friday.

You will get the ident code of the parcel service, so you can track your case.
But i don't know how long will shipping take from germany to the arab emirates.

Sorry again for this extreme delay ... thats the reason why i usually don't make any special client cases, because i don't have really time doing it.

I hope you can forgive me ....

Unfortunately another delay, but today i was able to ship the case.
I was one week in bed with a nice flu.

I couldn`t find out the right direction of the display, so i made two different front plates and mounts (1/2 left and 1/2 right).

And you ordered 2 frontplates, the second one with another cut for a different display. I don't know the measures of this display. So i made two frontplates without any cut, maybe you can find someone that can make a lasercut for you.
