I know. Newegg is paying for shipping and upgraded my return ship back to next day. Asus ont he other hand has an old p5w-dh that I RMA a few weeks ago and they still have no update on it. All in all the Asus RMA will probably take over 30 days. Would be convenient if I had that p5w now.![]()
ANybody know how Newegg is about RMA's?
Newegg is excellent as far as RMA’s are concerned.
The only problem is that Newegg no longer has the Maximus Formula SE.
I just sent a Maximus Formula SE back to Newegg for RMA last week. Last night I received an email from them saying that this motherboard has been discontinued and I would receive a refund not replacement.
As far as the non-SE Maximus Formula is concerned, that’s no longer showing up at Newegg either.
I know that Asus is advertising the Maximus Formula SE as being “Limited Quantity”, but I’m wondering if this has anything to do with the X48 refresh.
