NB FID:

00= 5
01= 6
02 = 7
03 = 8
And so on

CPU FID:

00 = 8
01 = 8.5
02 = 9
03 = 9.5
04 = 10
05 = 10.5
06 = 11
And so on.

I am 100% sure of this on MSi K9A2 with Phenom 9500. I've done enough testing with it since 3-4 days now all the way from 1GHz up to 3.1GHz on NB and 200MHz to 2.6GHz on HT.
