I agree with both. There is more AMD could do but the Gamers market is small and just maybe they have other higher priorities.
The *but* part really doesn't flow with what he said earlier IMO. If ATI is saying they are "locked out" doesn't that qualify as them making the attempt to establish better relations with developers?
