Im definatly buying a Phenom...Ill be very happy , Now that i know for fact its working with a M2N32deluxe . Now ill be able to really play around with my GTS on 4cores.

Thank you for posting results This is what i have been waiting for and 2.7ghz by 4cores is faster than what i have now! Even with low memory settings !
