No. It is not even close to C2Q. It's 10% slower clock for clock, and its top speed is only 2.3GHz. Overall the FASTEST Phenom is slower than the SLOWEST C2Q.

Well, for another example, if you took all the multicore optimized benches in the THG Benchmark together , there is a gap of 1 % between GP-9600 and Q6600.

Again i don't consider any benches which takes no benefit of the mutlticore Design.
