Really, i didn't knew that. I had used both barbs on the copper side for my last loop.

So basically, you use the spacer only when a barb* is hooked on the acrylic side? What about those plugs? Do i need to use the spacer as well if i hook a plug on the acrylic side?

To tell the truth i don't know... about the plug's and the spacer....

You only want a spacer where the barb or blanking plug's thread is long enough to stick past the material into the chamber.
They're an alternative to short threaded barbs.

ahk.... the plug's don't stick in... but the barb on the copper side is about 2mm inside... will i need the spacer on the side with the barb aswell??

If it sticks in, I'd say yes.
I put them on my copper side barbs but mine aren't EK.

Yeah, I guess if EK didn't include the spacers you wouldn't notice much.

Probably. Although I'm always striving to get all the little details right. They add up in the end.
Am always a little nervous about assuming that because something is one way on my block that its the same on another I haven't seen. They do the odd revision some times.

OK guys i've ran into a problem....

I originally wanted to mount my mcr120 to the back exhaust fan.I did a trial fitting last night....and looks like a no go...will fit there,BUT!! it blocks my mofset block so there's no way i can route the tubing there...

Here's pic to show youse what i mean.....

mcr120 as you see it blocks the block.... i know its not all the way back but tried last night didnt work just to give an idea...
