Does anyone know what resister I can tweak to get 3.3v on the 3.3 rail and 5v on the 5v rail? I love the new OCCT. I'm using it with everest and I can see what is happening right before I get an error. On these pics you can see that the 3.3v line is fluctuating and so is VNB. You can see it goes unstable as soon as the vNB gets one of many spikes. This is at settings that I've ran OCCT for almost 4 hours on stable and I think this could be why a stable setup becomes suddenly unstable.

I'm wanting to just do a pencil mod on the resistors for this as then I wouldn't have to solder a VR on and if it didn't help what so ever I wouldn't have to unsolder my VR's and what not. It if did work I would put some quality VR's on as pencil modding is very temporary.
Edit: I also believe these voltages being low is cause for the overvolting as the reference voltage would be low and thus it would pump it up to compensate.
