Better have the heat moved to your rads then having it in your case
Anyway, I wouldn't bother buying any new waterblocks... the NB/SB/ram whatever heatpipe doesn't look to be replaced easily, and since the PWMs are the bad guys here it's no problem cooling them and them alone with water.
Especially if you already own a matching block, as lots of IN9-32X and AB9 QuadGT owners do

But still, I am pretty much pissed with Abit now... I wouldn't think they'd drop their C1E functionality with manually adjusted Vid
