Nvidia 169.XX drivers are being questioned in Crysis

How are cheat pictures off topic? why is a thread against nvidia a flame? I thought the purpose of a forum was to discuss things. why is there no discussion allowed?

I could understand if the posts in question were offensive. You should not censor a thread because you don't like the comments, sometimes you just have to bite your lip and move on. nvidia wrote drivers that had a flaw when caught they released old drivers as a fix. if it had been ATI would you have been so heavy handed in the thread?

a moderator needs to be less biased. you can post your opinions and links disputing what others have said, but to just remove posts you do not have a rebuttal for is childish.

And as for the driver fix, n-zone and crysis sites still urge you to download 169.04 as the driver. also reveiw sites are sent that driver.


I find it sad that nvidias company sponsored sites didn't censor the comments in their thread but XtremeSystems did.

Wether you like it or not, it wasn't the place to post those pics, it was offtopic and could be considered spam. He is right. Even though it was hilarious. I dunno what other posts he removed, but some people here take their bias way too far.

And btw, and I hope this will be the closing comment, taken from another forum, and just about sums up how ridiculous some fanboys get.

No need for nVIDIA to cheat when they already own the performance/IQ crown for around a year now.
