Can you use half multipliers on Barcelona? Phenom 9600 is running 11.5x so it looks like Barcelona should be capable of doing same. If yes will we see any performance drop from using .5x as on K8?? (mainly lower memory bandwidth).

This depends on dual-plane or single-plane configuration, and I still miss the register values to tell. On Kyosen system, the NB VID is 1.2V on the B1 and 1.15V on the BA.

I don't know. On K10, memory clock is computed from bus speed, and it therefore not dependant from CPU speed anymore, so this is tempting to say "no", but only a real test can tell.

Is it possible to figure out the value by looking at which register Amd's Power Now tool is accessing? Also, I think the B1 vs. B2 NB VID's are different because Kyosen's cpu's are HE's

I miss the value of the register, not the register.
This register is not "standard" and the generic dumps do not show it. It needs a special access. The next test will answer to that question (max NB VID)

With 0.5x multipliers I'm also tempted to say it will not make any difference, but ....

Regarding vcore is it then possible to set 1.55V from Windows?? You know that X2 are hard locked between 1.30 and 1.45V depending on model and version....

One Question, I have two Barcelonas in my system, is it correct that register C0010065 is for second CPU?

In my system the first cpu has VCore 1.15V and second has 1.1V at default, the register shows the number 40 and 44 when made rdmsr.

I have to answer myself and to tell that i am wrong

With the step postet by tictac i only changed the vcore of the first core, to change the second, third till eight´s core i have to switch the cores in Cyrstalcpuid and then reload with MSR Editor.

I made a regdump with cpu-z and i wonder about the msr code of core 1-3

Now I inserted second CPU and made a new regdump.

Second CPU runs with 1.10V and the MSR Code is

40 = 1.15V
48 = 1.10V

Now I changed every register to 38 = 1.20V and beginn a stresstest at 2.0GHz with my Barcelona 2344
