this is for ddr2
ok so 450x8 = CPU SPEED
and 1:1 = (fsb/1)x1 =450 and if you have ddr2 your at 900mhz ram

my setup as of now is at 333x9 with ram a 4:5 so
(333/4)x5= 416.25
and 415.25x2=832.5mhz ram.
