As I sit here munching a big chunk of Ohio Amish Cheddar, sent to me by littleowl (THANKS!!), I ponder this....Where is the world's best cheddar made???

I'll say Ohio, unless someone convinces me otherwise.....and yes, I have plenty of dairy farmer relatives in Wisconsin. Not even close to this stuff.....

I've had some of the import Irish white cheddar, again, not even close...good, but not there.....
