Method I used.

Download HP USB Disk storage utility. Download a DOS image (Links below) and unzip.

Insert USB driver. Run HP USB Disk storage utility and select the DOS option. When prompted for an image direct it to the downloaded dos image (win98boot)

Copy the files awdflash, autoexec and the bios bin file on to your usb.

Restart with key in and go to bios.

Note: Make sure machine is set back to stock settings before flashing

Go to Peripherals -> USB options -> USB storage function and select FDD drive

Go to Advanced Bios Features

Select USB ZIP (Not USB FDD) as first boot disk under boot priority and disable the rest. RESTART.

Should then boot up and flash automatically.

Note: There are other methods, but this has worked for me
