The phones are HD595.
If you're listening to Music, try the Entertainment Mode. Look for a little button just below the Master Volume Knob on the Main Menue Interface. This little button is the "Headphone" Volume controller. By default it is set low or something like only at 3 or 5 and it goes up to 10 and this is an Independent setting.
