Raja, you don't need to apologize for anything you robert and everyone else does a wonderful job. The key to this situation pretty much all resides with D.F.I coming to bat on time and having their presence felt when products launch vs the 3-5 months after the fact when the novelty has worn off and the clocker is looking towards the next up and coming product. Its a biatch of a business and very hard to compete when you don't have the huge buying power and market presence such as ASUS, foxcon, etc, etc

I think D.F.I better pull their act together with this whole support thing because if they don't me thinks they are finished
Sorry for the slow reply but I am out of town atm.

The Abit forum is consumer led & although theres actually no proper concise guides or real information the club/community vibe is good & things get sorted quickly.

I don't go to DFI Club anymore as I find I appreciate the range of opinions & suggestion to issues I have elsewhere rather than the DFI censored political answer. IMO there is no Club in DFI Club, sure they offer support but its all one sided & from the same people. There is no community over there its just a necessity for DFI to offer support.

I do agree there should be an overclocking guide that would help the majority of people self included to understand whats good & whats not. I would like to see the TTR style guides like we had for the ICFX @ DFI club but with the exception that the owners of such boards contributed DFI/DIY Street style OCDB entries.

it is a very complicated board, even though i have had it about 10 days i have barely scratched the surface of it's options. you always feel a big jump in performance is just a tweak away. and it probably is.

i think i will call in sick and tweak all day today lol.

Travis.....yea don't even approach me to elaborate on that subject because its only going to turn sour with me and get me very upset and pissed off in a hurry!

Please do not feel that you can't post or chat at the club, the first year was always going to be a teething process, support forums generally are full of well 'support issues', though much more can be added if the right crowd gets together.

Well for one, I personally don't find a need for other forums these days. When dfi-street died... a part of dfi died too. Whether they will admit it or not. They had better try damn hard if they want to get it back.

XS is my home for DFI related info. The buck stops here... if you will.

No, it is the same. Disabled = enabled etc., vDroop is also minimal +/- .02 depending of the vCore setting.

    Hey, Tony
I somehow get the impression that I offended you with my initial post? If that is the case first off let me say I am sorry I meant no such ill manor or disrespect towards any of you guy's that play a vital role on that forum.

As far as me contributing well not much I can do atm my board was alive for all of 2hrs before it went into continuous reboot with no post and prior to that my Expert board was my last D.F.I board.

D.F.I.........Please hear my plea, you must come to market on time for the race if you are to gain back you're title and customer base!!!!

If you would like to know why I said what I did its due to the fact this thread and the dficlub, OCZ and Tech Repository are the only working examples of this board in existence ATM and although the content on all 4 sites are superbly written there are still not enough people who own the board atm and that makes me feel sad for D.F.I because well I want to see D.F.I succeed only because I believe in their product and them as a company and I myse
lf have had nothing but a very positive experience with D.F.I boards.

DFI's distribution into the UK is nothing short of pathetic. It's like this board doesn't even exist. No real excuse for it being as boards have been in the hands of others since the second week of august. 4/5 weeks on and the UK is left un supplied like usual.

If it ain't watercooled, I don't wanna know.
