As I am starting to wind things up here now I have put a panflow 120 blowing on my PWM & NB area & those digital PWM chips only run 45-50oC loaded so I am sure they have plenty headroom left.

The single most important thing for my CPU to run stable is CPU VTT, I get crashes & reboots unless its over 1.55 but to be safe!!!!! I have mine maxed out at 1.60v

Why don't you try maxing the VTT out & see what happens, also keep your ram way out of the equation until you find a sweet spot for the CPU as the RAM timings like RLM has already mentioned can have almost the exact same crash symptoms as the CPU.
