great work - could you elaborate on how you mounted the blocks to your shuttle sockets?

The problem with the shuttle is it does not use a standard 775 bolt pattern for the cpu cooler hold down so you have to modify your cpu cooling block hold down to match the shuttles hold down holes by adding adjustable slides of some kind

    see this:

Here she is..... after months of searching this thread i finally decided to take the plunge. THis is my first attempt at WC'ing. I may try again and use an EK Res. instead of the Micro-Res. My temps look fairly good, but i think the water in the resv. is being heated by the 8800 GTX.

Loop: Resv. - Pump - CPU - Rad - Resv.

Things I need to work on:
    1. Cable managment (cut holes in back of MB tray)
    2. New resv. and shorten the loop

    My new setup:

I'm very happy with the dead silence of this setup, it consists of:

    - Hydor Seltz L30 II A/C pump
    - MCR320 radiator
    - 3x Yate Loon fans
    - 1/2" ID Tygon tubing (R-3603)
    - D-Tek yellow dye
    - Swiftech Apogee GT
    - Random dollar store container

This slick setup cost me $180.00 CAD, and it gives me the ability to run my E2140 @ 3.2ghz, 1.43V with a load temperature of 34ºC.

Yes, I picked yellow because everyone has blue/red/green.

Heres my baby..... Well, my 2nd baby :P...

    Almost totally done! .
Still have to do cable management, etc....

I still have to put something where the Acrylic is missing. I had to leave that bit, since my Case would not close with Acrylic at the end, cut the Side Panel, a bit too much .

    Specs in Sig...

Ad1tya, I had the exact same problem on my p5b deluxe with that memory cooler and my 8800gtx. Took the fans out of the cooler and mounted them on a flat strip between two posts screwed into the motherboard mounts.. nice work btw..

if u turn ur rad downwards, u can place the pump under it directly and get much shorter tubing

The enclosure for the entire setup, which sits outside on a balcony. Amazing what $15 of pine and ply can get you.

Shots of the pump and an old heater, serving as a fan. Pump is a Nightingale TCP130, Qmax 90L/min, Hmax 23m. From memory it's around 1/2HP; My pump is bigger than your pump!

    The fill tube:

    The air bleed tube:

A few minutes drilling yielded a couple of 1/2" holes, into which were inserted a pair of copper pipes, over which the tubes were forced. The smaller hole is for the line to the power board, which feeds the pump and fan.

The tubes emerging from the other side of the wall. I am yet to clean this end up.

The tubes final destination: A Swiftech Storm Rev2 on an E6600.
