I was bored today and I did some spi runs just to see the DRAM Static Read Control / Transaction Booster options influence in memset and in the superpi score. All test were done with 5.5.5.15 timings at 1:1 (the others sub-timings at AUTO - Command Rate at 2T - bios 311).

first run: DRAM Static Read Control DISABLED / Transaction Booster DISABLED (Relax0)

second run: DRAM Static Read Control DISABLED / Transaction Booster ENABLED (Boost level 1)

At boost level 0, the performance level went to 11

third run: DRAM Static Read Control ENABLED / Transaction Booster DISABLED (Relax0)
* leaving DRAM Static Read Control AUTO / Transaction Booster AUTO gave the same results

Also changing the relax options shows changes in the performance level in memset, the others subtimings remains the same

Relax 0 - Performance level 8
Relax 1 - Performance level 9
Relax 2 - Performance level 10
Relax 3 - Performance level 11

So, as it has been said before, the Dram Static Read Control option has more influence in performance/bandwith gains than the transaction booster option.
