Thanks to the Cryo Evaps, I don't have to fumble with 3 containers
    SLI Cryo Evaps

With QX6850 @ 5.13G and the cards nicely chilled by Cryos, got a nice score!

Look at the paper towels, if I don't bench cards fast enough, the rams get all frosted up, in my humidity.

    Hey,

    8800gts

This is the Cryostar mounted on GTS. Very easy install This is mounted to the 5.5 Danfoss compressor I showed earlier in this thread. I'll redo heatsinks on the card tonight if I get time.

    Very very nice Ron!
Clean and well done. Not going to bag the card like usual?

Well I wasn't going to bag it because the resistor for GPU core mod is soooo little, I just know I would melt it off the card. But once I get started I can't stop.

BTW - lip added to enclosure by popular demand.

I recognize that gts give her a good run for her money, I didn't have it long but seemed to clock well..

anyword when my cryo is coming in? I have a virgin can of 507 and the best system I have made just waiting for it...

    [picture]

That's why I didn't blast the bottom of the caps, It's covered by solder

if the shop that machines those has a shaper you should use it to cut everything flat, then use the CNC to cut the channels, the shaper bits are about 90 cents, while the mill bits are 5-20$, and the shaper can be run somewhat unattended, some have adjustible stops to turn it off at the end of the cut, and they also leave a surface almost like ground on a surface grinder, if set up properly, and it would cost less for time on that, rather than the CNC, metal planers are pretty much the same

your evaps look great!, and look like they have plenty of surface area!

I just saw cut, face one side, flip and finish mill. Chick vise machined to clamp six at a time. One machine, one setup, one person.
    Cycle start-walk away-come back-six finished machined pcs.
$5.00 per hr for 1 hr is the same as $10.00 per hour for 30 min.

nice work their runmc, what sort of sized screws do you use to mount with, they must be smaller than 3mm threads

How warm does the RAM get? Does the Evap cool it through the PCB enough? Very nice Setup, so tidy mounted

I am really enjoying the gts. Enclosure is here.

Tape yes, heatsink probably no. Eric might add a bit more lip next run if we ask him nicely.

I drill the mounting holes in the card out a very small amount I wouldn't want to suggest this to anyone and then have them kill a card. I used #4 threaded rods which were just slightly bigger than the original card holes. I didn't drill out much at all.

It is a nice looking sanitary setup.
With the ultra low noise level and capability it has you might just have a premier GPU SS .
Might be able to run it without even turning the fan on. Zero noise
