If that doesn't work, then lap the IHS or remove it.

Just for reference, DO NOT try to remove your IHS unless you want a dead CPU. It's possible, but take a TON of careful work because the IHS is actually bonded to the cores themselves. 99% of the time you'll destroy your CPU....
