Did you try with a tad relaxed "performance level" ? Sometimes seems to help some dividers to clock a tad higher ( didn't thoroughly tested it ) [ but then again, we might have lower performance if the gains from the clocks ain't covering up for the internal chipset latency rise ]

Took out my 3dmark2006 single 8800ULTRA WR by 40 points at 5250mhz on ddr3 lol.
Using about 40mhz less core clock and 30mhz less mem clock on such a gpu bound benchmark(single) too. Could see scores getting near 22k with more gpu power. This one was about all I could handle today:
