case is fairly large for a basic chiller, but looks good nonetheless

Case is so wrong, just look like you have taken a Cascade case and modded and it then sprayed it up.

    Well in fact you have!

Meh still not bad at all -31c water!

Customer use quite crap 400l/h pump from Tt Big Water kit . But I think I'll be replaced soon.

Hoses are ordinary, cheap 12/10 mm hoses from local shop .

Yep first that had been planed to be cascade case ... but not sprayed, that powder coat .

    Pics in action soon.

How about a 77 chevy with 4"lift kit and 35x12.5 BFG Mud terrain tires. You could run over both thoes cars. It is soon to have a new engine built by yours truly.

Hey want to know where to get the perfect load tester for chillers? Thoughs cheap water cooler/heaters! I just got a 490W heater out of one in a ready made shell! Look into it mate!

That's a nice CCD cooler. Must get very little noise. But I gotta wonder where the user could set the telescope up where he could both: use the chiller and: be in an area where you wouldn't get light interference. That thing would suck up batteries rather fast but I guess you could use a generator.

For a CCD thats not much of a heat load, it would be easy to make a low temp chiller that only used up 2Amps.

No not really in a system that small, just wasted material that could have been saved. a simple home made Hx, and a 300W Compressor would have been more then enough for that system.

well, 30 would be too big, as you do have to maintain a certain internal volocity, I'd say 16 is pretty big for such a system, but not horroridly over sized.

I'd go to rons shop and get the 6,000 BTU Coaxial condencer, they're cheap and will work well. That way gravity will be more then enough to ensure oil return.

Depends on how fancy you want it, and if you want all new parts.

I think it's mean last built chiller, not his last chiller overall
