Hi Jor3lBR, to answer your question there is no need to worry about the polarity of the pots. None of the legs are assigned a polarity and for the vmods there is no right or wrong way to solder the middle and outer legs, except of course soldered the two outer legs
Simple solder the middle leg to one point and one of the outer legs to the other point. I often refer to "Ground" in my mods but that is because it's a ground reference for bleeding off voltage to, it's not because it has to be attached to a corresponding ground on the pot.
