Neuron, which memory multiplier are you running? You did disable EIST, C1E state, and have good non-stock cooling on that chip right? You will need a good aftermarket cooler to go above 3.2Ghz typcially.
I did not touch my FSB voltage even at the below settings in my sig. I'm less sure but I know I don't need to touch the MCH voltage until at least above a 3.5GHz 501FSB overclock. RAM went as high as 1220MHz stable before I decided 2.35v was enough voltage. I may have hastened the RAM's demise with only 2.35v however, as it no longer seems to be stable but my old Corsair kit still is.
