You'll notice that your Q6600 G0 at this link shows that the P5K Deluxe needs the 0404 BIOS.

With luck in about 50 hours I'll know if the BIOS that ships with my new P5K Deluxe will work with a new E6750 G0. I'm only hoping to get in the BIOS to flash. If I can't do that then I'll use a CPU that this board supports. So if you can wait a couple of days then I'll let you know what happened.
