Yups, it's either a motherboard or a memory error. (checksum is calculated in memory, involving the cpu and northbridge)
In rare occasions, the same thing occurs with a badly seated cpu.

Try booting with one stick of ram, or if you have other ram, try that.

This board won't boot with just 1 stick installed! If i have the problem again, i will try my ballistix on it.

so this happens only with celeron?

Hmm, did not tested any other cpu yet.

Did you up date the bios to at least 0414? You might be able to do it by using the cdrom as you asked previously. If not you'll need a CPU supported by your current bios. Here's the CPU support link:

Had problem again after flashing to 0414, thats really strange.. But the CPU is supported for sure, i already installed windows, without any problems.

Edit: Now i have a new problem.. Bios do not dedect keyboard on startup, that means i can not enter bios.. But if i'am into windows, the keyboard works just fine?! Crazy board..
