I take it all in stride and laugh.
To me the most important thing about the forum is first that it be civil, second, to try and be friendly, 3rd, dump the ego when one enters, and fourth, if all of the above can be done, learn and share what you know.
If there's a particular person that makes the hair on the back of your neck stand up and you want to take him out and beat the living crap out of him, then put him on your ignore list. I did that with one guy that I just couldn't stand. Spewed meaningless drivel and a pure troll.My point is, deal with the issue so that it doesn't eat one up.
Life is too frigging short and filled with too many real world problems to let things in a forum get to you.
