So basically one washer ontop of standoff, mobo sits on standoff + washer and screw with washer below head goes into mobo + standoff. Right?
You don't need any washers when you install the mobo in to the case. Just screw the mobo to the standoff's and your set. I'm also building a new rig and my ram+mobo should arrive next tuesday or wednesday.
