few things going on between your scores and mine

1. E6600 B2 retail is around 12-20 seconds faster than E6600 B1 retail at same clocks
2. Intel 965P and thus P35 are clock for clock faster than 680i chipset i.e on 680i striker you need 9x400FSB 2:3 600mhz 5-3-3-5 tight sub timings to be close (not faster) than Intel 965P/P35 at 9x400FSB 2:3 600mhz 4-4-4-x
3. That time you comparing was run with largesystem cache off so 20 to 40 seconds slower than with largesystem cache on

if would be more valid comparison to compare with my retail B2 cpu with largesystem cache on

Thx 4 the extra info and taking ur time 2 reply. I'm actually selling off my Striker in about an hour and this will be my last post with my striker *sniff*. Oh well time 2 say hello 2 P5K.

P.S. My time was actually with large system cache off.

BTW do you know if an TR HR-05 will fit on this mobo with a TR Ultra 120 Extreme?
