The prototypes have thrown up a few design changes, nothing major though. Will have pics of the black ones end of the week hopefully.

    Then its pre-order time

when you eventually get to aluminum, you should sell some in the stock polished look, cus polished aluminum looks amazing on gloss black rads/cases.

Architectural aluminum anyone? 6063 should have a better finish than 6061 which is most commonly used.

Well, depends really, due to the currencies the way they are at the moment exporting from UK to US isnt really good value

They will be pretty cheap over here and I have a few US shops already interested so they should be available over there soon

So, was the question answered whether the grill is thick enough to counter-sink the screws? Screws that sit flush with the rag grill will IMO look so much better than screwes that stick out a mill or two. Not to be picky or anything It's looking pretty darn nice as it is, amazing what the laser cutters can do, I want one in my garage

Production started today, will take a week to complete the first order. Then they will be sent to the powdercoaters. Looking at a few weeks yet.

I really like it and I guess the grill is functionally excellent.

However, I cannot buy that grill because it provides absolutely no protection for tiny little fingers. It protects the radiator grills very well, but not little fingers from fast spinning fans. I guess unrestricted airflow and fan protection are mutually exclusive.

    So, sorry I won't be a customer.

Yeah I second this, as I have polished Alum on my case, and if I get one of these it would fit in with my case look.

I am interested in getting one.

Its the same design as the radgrillz? for BIX radiators. I have one and unless your a new born, your fingers wont fit between the slats.

I'm thinking, IanY, maybe for a grill you can order perforated sheet metal...no human fingers fit through those if you get sheet perforated with 3/16" holes
